Cultcha provides a point-of-sale and business management platform for lifestyle businesses. You may use Cultcha to manage sales, memberships, classes, check-ins, and related operations. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Customer Data

Merchants are responsible for how they use customer data collected through Cultcha. Customer information should be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws including the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

4. Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using Cultcha's payment features, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Cultcha is not responsible for payment processing failures caused by third-party services.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Cultcha available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cultcha is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cultcha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.
