Is everything included, or are features paid add-ons?

Everything is included. Cultcha doesn’t charge per module — POS, payments, memberships, scheduling, check-in, invoicing, and reporting all come with your account. You only pay Stripe’s standard processing rates on transactions.

Does Cultcha work for both cafes and gyms?

Yes. The same platform runs a cafe (POS, modifiers, bump screen, stock) and a gym or studio (memberships, class scheduling, bookings, QR check-in). Many venues use both sides at once.

Can I take payments in person and online?

Yes. Accept in-person payments with Stripe Terminal smart readers (tap, chip, contactless) and online payments through the branded customer portal — all settled to your own Stripe account.

Does Cultcha handle recurring memberships?

Yes. Set up weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or annual recurring billing with minimum contract terms, suspensions and pauses, scheduled cancellations, and automatic lifecycle handling.

Can customers book classes and manage their own membership?
