Delete your account

How to ask

Any of these works, and they all lead to the same place:

• In the app or guest portal: Account → Delete account.
• Use the form on this page.
• Email [email protected] from the address on your account.

We'll delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What we remove

• Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, address and photo
• Your sign-in, so you can no longer log in to the app or the guest portal
• Your devices registered for app notifications
• Your marketing preferences and saved profile details

What we keep

• Payment and transaction records (receipts, invoices, refunds) — required for tax and accounting
• Signed waivers — kept as a legal record of the agreement

These are kept for legal and accounting reasons, under an anonymous record that no longer carries your contact details.

Memberships and children

Active memberships need to be cancelled first. If you still have one, the club will cancel it as part of your request — any notice period in your agreement still applies.

If you're a parent or guardian, tell us whether the children on your account should be deleted too — we'll check with you before removing them.
